The cut-off for same-day delivery orders is 11:30AM local time. Same-day delivery orders are available to order online from midnight to 11:30AM. In some circumstances we can accommodate rush orders and late same-day orders for double the posted delivery charge. Call 416-214-6479 to enquire.
Delivery in the morning is available for Toronto (M Postal Codes) in some circumstances for double the posted delivery charge. Call to set-up and confirm.
For deliveries around major holidays or long weekends, we suggest placing your order several days in advance to ensure timely delivery is possible.
There are no deliveries on Sundays but pickups are available.
Order pickup is available 7 days a week. The cut-off for same-day pickup orders is 4:30PM local time. Same-day pickup orders are available to order online from midnight to 4:30PM. In some circumstances we can accommodate late pickup orders, call 416-214-6479 to enquire. Allow 1 hour from the time of order for us to prepare your pickup. For 10AM pickup, order by 5PM the previous day.
It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure the recipient will be able to receive the delivery, so please make sure we have all the details we need. An additional delivery fee will be charged for each delivery attempt. Deliveries to Hospitals can be especially complex, it is best to check with the hospital first to ensure the patient will be able to receive flowers there.
Large or complex orders may require additional lead time and delivery fees. Call or email to inquire.
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds.
We stand behind the quality of our plants and flowers, and if there is a quality problem please let us know within 24 hours so we can make it right for you. Because they are a living product requiring special care, once they’ve been out of our care longer than that we cannot take responsibility for their condition. Flower care tips are sent with every order and are available here.
We reserve the right to make substitutions if necessary, always attempting to maintain the same look and feel. We will always make efforts to confirm with the sender when making a substitution.
