Yes. Our floral designers can create custom arrangements based on your preferred colours, style, occasion, and budget. Get in touch by e-mail, phone, or by stopping by the shop.

Yes. Customers can select local pickup during checkout to pick up at either of our two locations, in Corktown or Kensington Market.

Yes. ecostems offers local flower delivery throughout Toronto and surrounding areas.

Delivery availability depends on location, product availability, and seasonal demand.

Because flowers and plants are living products, as a general rule all sales are final.

If you need to make changes to your order before it is delivered, or if you experience a quality problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work to find a solution.

With proper care, fresh flowers can last several days to over a week depending on the flower variety, care, and environment. As a general rule you can expect a mixed bouquet to last 5-7 days with proper care. You can find our flower care tips here.

Yes, ecostems prioritizes locally-grown and seasonal flowers from right here in Ontario. Flower availability depends on the growing season, weather conditions, and supplier availability.

Choosing local reduces the carbon footprint from transportation  while supporting local growers. For flower varieties that are not available locally, we choose only Fair-Trade. Read more about our flower sourcing here.

ecostems prioritizes sustainable floral design methods and works to reduce environmentally harmful materials such as floral foam.

Our designers use thoughtful alternatives whenever possible to create beautiful arrangements while minimizing environmental impact, and for arrangements that do require it we use a biodegradable option.

Yes. Customers are welcome to request specific flowers, colours, or design preferences.

Because flowers are seasonal and naturally unique, availability may vary depending on current inventory and growing conditions. You can always ask us about seasonal availability and we can work together to achieve the look you're after.

Yes. ecostems offers floral subscription options for customers who want regular deliveries of fresh, seasonal flowers.

Yes. Gift messages can be included with eligible orders.

Simply add your message during checkout and we will include it with your gift.

Order changes or cancellations may be possible depending on whether your order has already been prepared or scheduled for delivery. If your order is cancelled you will receive a store credit for future use.

Flowers are seasonal and naturally unique, so arrangements will vary  from website photos. Each example photo is simply one possible look for a given design. Our floral designers select the best available seasonal blooms while maintaining the overall style, colour palette, and value of your chosen arrangement.
